Effective 17 October 2026
Lotly Market is an online marketplace for independent brands in India, run by Probin Johori, trading as Lotly Market, India (“Lotly”, “we”, “us”). Brands list what they make, and both shops buying for resale and people buying for themselves can order from them. Lotly does not make, store or ship anything listed here. We run the marketplace, the checkout and the payment to the brand; the brand is the seller of what you buy.
By browsing, creating an account, listing or buying on lotlymarket.com (“the Platform”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Lotly.
Anyone aged 18 or over can buy on Lotly Market, for a shop or for themselves. By creating an account you confirm that:
Selling is different: to list products you apply as a brand and pass our review, described in the next section.
To sell, you complete a brand profile with your business name, your legal and tax details where they apply (GSTIN and PAN), your bank account for payouts, and supporting documents. Lotly reviews every application and may decline, pause or remove a brand at its discretion, with the reason given where we can. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once at hello@lotlymarket.com if you suspect someone else has used it.
Brands are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of their listings. When you list a product you agree to:
Listings that break these rules may be paused or removed without notice. Changes to a live listing are reviewed before they appear.
When you buy through Lotly’s checkout, you pay Lotly Market through Razorpay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Lotly holds the money while the brand packs and ships your order, and pays the brand after delivery (section 9). The contract of sale is between you and the brand: the brand is the seller of record and is responsible for the product, its description and its invoice. Lotly runs the checkout, the refunds in section 8 and the complaint channel in section 18.
Some listings do not use Lotly’s checkout and only let you ask the brand a question or visit its own website. Anything you then buy from the brand directly happens outside the Platform and these Terms do not cover that purchase.
Prices are in Indian rupees and are set by the brand. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay. A coupon code is funded by the brand that issued it and applies as described when you enter it.
The brand ships every order. Each product page shows the brand’s expected shipping time; after you pay, your order shows an expected delivery date and, once shipped, the courier and tracking number. Lotly does not run a courier network and is not the carrier. Where a listing says “Pickup only”, you collect the order from the brand’s address instead.
Buying on Lotly is free. Brands pay Lotly a commission of 10% of the product price on each order paid through Lotly’s checkout. Shipping charges go to the brand in full. Lotly may grant a brand a number of commission-free sales; the brand’s Payouts page shows how many remain.
Brands are paid once a week. Every Saturday, Lotly settles every order delivered by the previous Friday into one payment to the brand’s verified bank account, and sends the brand a statement. A refund made before a settlement is paid comes off that settlement. Lotly may hold a payout while an order is disputed.
We will tell brands by email at least 30 days before the commission changes.
You may not list, sell or buy on Lotly:
You also may not spam other users, scrape the Platform, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with Lotly’s systems or other users’ experience. A brand may use a buyer’s contact details only to fulfil that buyer’s order.
Everything that makes up Lotly Market (the name, logo, software and design) belongs to Lotly. By uploading photographs, descriptions or other content you give Lotly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to show and promote that content in connection with the Platform, including in texts and emails to buyers. You keep ownership of your content and confirm it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Contact details shared through the Platform are for completing an order and must not be used for unsolicited marketing or resale.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Lotly does not warrant the accuracy of a listing, the quality or fitness of a product, or that the Platform will run without interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
To the extent Indian law allows, Lotly, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including loss from a brand’s product, an inaccurate listing, a courier’s failure or downtime. Our total liability to a buyer for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order; our total liability to a brand is limited to the commission Lotly earned from that brand in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Lotly and its affiliates against claims, losses and costs (including legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms, your listings, your orders, or your breach of any law or of someone else’s rights.
Lotly may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if these Terms are broken or if the account is harming other users or the marketplace. A paused brand keeps access to its orders and payouts. You can delete your account from Settings at any time; deletion is refused while one of your orders is on its way, and orders that remain lose your address and payment details. Ending an account does not cancel obligations that arose before it ended.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about these Terms or the Platform is first taken up in good faith through the channel in section 18. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it is referred to binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English. Nothing here stops a consumer from approaching a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Write to hello@lotlymarket.com with your order number or brand name. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

We may change these Terms as the Platform or the law changes. The effective date at the top is updated when we do, and for material changes we tell you by email or an in-app notification before they apply. Using the Platform after that date means you accept the new Terms.
